Current Australian Passport Fees: From 1 May 2026
An overseas passport application surcharge applies for all passport applications submitted at the Embassy. The surcharge is currently AUD189 (NIS392) for all adult passport applications and AUD92 (NIS191) for all child applications (under 18 years). Payment can be made by credit card, cash (NIS only) or by personal or post office cheque (NIS only). Please note that all credit card payments are made in AUD and all credit card receipts are issued in AUD. If paying in cash (NIS) please bring the exact amount. The Embassy does not have change!
Please note that Passport Fees may change on the first day of each month depending on exchange rate variations.
Adult Passports:
AUD422 (NIS875) + surcharge AUD189 (NIS392)
Total: AUD611 (NIS1267)
Minor Passports: (under 16 years):
AUD213 (NIS442) + surcharge AUD92 (NIS191)
Total: AUD305 (NIS633)
Children aged 16 and 17 are eligible for 10 year adult passports:
Adult fee AUD422 (NIS875) + child surcharge AUD92 (NIS191)
Total: AUD514 (NIS1066)
Seniors aged over 75 years also have an option of obtaining a 5 year validity passport.
Seniors fee AUD213 (NIS442) + adult surcharge AUD189 (NIS392)
Total: AUD402 (NIS834)
Fees must be paid at the time of lodging the application.
