Current Australian Passport Fees: From 1 January 2024
An overseas passport application surcharge applies for all passport applications submitted at the Embassy. The surcharge is currently AUD 155 (NIS 365) for all adult passport applications and AUD 76 (NIS 179) for all child applications (under 18 years). Payment can be made by credit card, cash (NIS only) or by personal or post office cheque (NIS only). Please note that all credit card payments are made in AUD and all credit card receipts are issued in AUD. If paying in cash (NIS) please bring the exact amount. The Embassy does not have change!
Please note that Passport Fees may change on the first day of each month depending on exchange rate variations.
Adult Passports:
AUD 346 (NIS 814) + surcharge AUD 155 (NIS 365)
Total: AUD 501 (NIS 1179)
Minor Passports: (under 16 years):
AUD 175 (NIS 412) + surcharge AUD 76 (NIS 179)
Total: AUD 251 (NIS 591)
Children aged 16 and 17 are eligible for 10 year adult passports:
Adult fee AUD 346 (NIS814) + child surcharge AUD 76(NIS 179)
Total: AUD 422 (NIS 993)
Seniors aged over 75 years also have an option of obtaining
a 5 year validity passport.
Seniors fee AUD 175 (NIS 412) + adult surcharge AUD 155 (NIS365)
Total: AUD 330 (NIS 777)
Fees must be paid at the time of lodging the application.
